Jorma Kaukonen's Fur Peace Ranch 
Conceived in 1989 by Jorma & Vanessa Kaukonen, The Fur Peace Ranch is nestled in the rolling foothills of southeast Ohio. It wasn't much to start with. The hills and trees were pretty and serene, sure, but it took a lively imagination to envision what might be built there, what might be taught and learned, how hearts could open along with guitar cases. FPR to Return to Desert Hot Springs in 2009We had such a splendid time on our first Fur Peace Ranch "On the Road" adventure that we have scheduled a return trip. The FPR has reserved two weeks in January 2009 at the beautiful Miracle Hot Springs Resort. The first week's workshop will run from January 12th through January 16th. The second week's workshop will run from January 19th through January 23rd. Descriptions of the workshops are HERE.
